  • How to query my order list/order status?

  • How to collect favorite products and view them?

  • For which regions is placing an order not available?

Due to the influence of our cooperative logistics, placing an order is not available in some overseas regions. If the address you filled in belongs to an undeliverable area, there will be no relevant shipping fee options, and you will not be able to place an order! For some deliverable countries, there may be surcharges for remote areas, and we will contact you to pay the relevant fees when shipping. If you encounter any problems, please contact us!

  • Can the shipping address, contact number, or product model be modified after placing an order?

Before the order is shipped, you can modify the address/phone number by yourself in 'My Orders'; for the product model, you need to contact the customer service. It cannot be modified after the order is shipped.

  • How long does an order take to become effective after a successful payment? How long will an unpaid order be retained?

The order becomes effective immediately after a successful payment. Unpaid orders will be retained for 24 hours and will be automatically cancelled if the time limit is exceeded.

  • If an order has been placed but not paid, can items be added or removed?

When the order is placed but not paid, you can still return to the shopping cart for operations. and then re - ordered (more convenient) or you can contact customer service for assistance in modifying the product details.

  • If an order contains multiple products, can only one of them be cancelled and a refund be issued?

For orders that have not been shipped, a specific product can be cancelled individually and a refund can be issued; for orders that have been shipped, the entire order needs to be signed for receipt, and then a partial return and refund can be applied for the products that need to be returned.

  • Can custom-made products be cancelled after placing an order? Will there be a charge for cancellation?

If a custom-made product is cancelled after production has started, 20% of the material cost will be deducted; if production has not started, a full refund will be given.

  • How long will it take to ship the order?
